EXIT SUMMARY DECLARATION The customs regulations within EU have changed, and from July 1, 2009 these rules effect all exporters that ship goods out of the European Union. The additional pre-departure information forms part of a new risk analysis that customs authorities within EU have been demanded to introduce to identify shipments from a risk and safety perspective.
